You may request a return or exchange if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product is unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with tags (if any).
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Fabric has been cut, stitched, altered, or washed.
The item was purchased during a sale, promotion, or clearance.
The complaint was raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Minor color variation due to screen display (a common occurrence in fabric shopping).
To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Once approved, return the product to our address (shared via email/phone).
Upon inspection, we’ll dispatch a replacement or issue a store credit (as applicable).
Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is on our end.
As we deal in unstitched fabric, we currently do not offer cash refunds. Instead, eligible returns will be compensated with:

Or store credit (valid for 30 days)
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
