1. Shipping Within Pakistan

We offer shipping across all cities in Pakistan, including remote areas.

Delivery Time:

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 working days

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above PKR RS:10000

• For orders below the threshold, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email once the order is successfully placed.

• A tracking ID will be shared once your order is dispatched.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience.

• Please ensure accurate address and contact details for smooth delivery.

• COD is available for orders up to PKR RS:10000 Pre-payment may be required for larger orders.

4. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

5. Packaging & Handling

All unstitched suits are carefully folded and packed in premium Looms Luxury boxes to ensure safe and elegant delivery. Our packaging is designed to protect your fabric from damage, dust, and moisture during transit.

6. International Shipping
